dio_memory_control_c

	status.i4.v = dio_memory_control_c(num_devices.i4.v,
					   device_indices.i4a.r,
					   operations.i4a.r, errors.i2a.r,
					   options.u4.v)

	This routine performs basic control on the current DIO memory pool.
	These control settings are placed into the basic status memory.

	num_devices	number of devices to set
	device_indices	device indices to set
	operations	basic control command
			(DIO_RESET_COMMAND -> reset a device
			 DIO_ON_COMMAND -> turn on a device,
			 DIO_OFF_COMMAND -> turn off a device,
			 DIO_POS_COMMAND -> positive polarity,
			 DIO_NEG_COMMAND -> negative polarity,
			 DIO_RAMP_COMMAND -> ramp command,
			 DIO_DC_COMMAND -> DC command)
	errors		returned device errors
	options		setting options (not used)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	negative value		overall ACNET error
	positive value		number of devices in error
