dio_scaling_text(_c)

	status.i4.v = dio_scaling_text(index_type.i4.r, index_number.i4.r,
				       text.i1a.r)

	status.i4.v = dio_scaling_text_c(index_type.i4.v, index_number.i4.v,
					 text.i1a.r)

	This routine returns a text string containing a device (PDB)
	scaling equation.

	index_type	type of index
			(DIO_PRIMARY -> primary transform,
			 DIO_COMMON -> common transform)
	index_number	number of scaling index
			(this could be gotten from dio_scaling)
	text returned DIO_SCALING_TEXT_LEN + 1 bytes of null
			terminated scaling equation text
			(If this argument has a value of NULL, the routine
			 will simply return the total number of scaling
			 transforms of the requested type.)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	OK			success
	DIO_BADARG invalid index number or type of index passed
	otherwise total number of scaling transforms
				(if "text" has a value of NULL)

	This function requires the following include files:

	cnsparam_h, diolib_h, acnet_errors_h

	C/C++ usage:

	char	text[DIO_SCALING_TEXT_LEN+1];
	int	status;
	int	index_type = DIO_COMMON;
	int	index_number = 0;

	status = dio_scaling_text_c(index_type,index_number,text);
