						       [,num_elements.i4.r])

	This routine returns information about a single entry of
	a data setting list.

	list_id		returned list ID from previous call to
			'dio_bld_set(_raw)(_c)'
	index		index into data acquisition list
	[device_index]	returned device index
	[property]	returned property value
	[raw_offset]	returned raw data offset in bytes
			(default is NULL)
	[raw_length]	returned raw data length in bytes
			(default is NULL)
	[start_index]	returned starting index
			(default is NULL)
	[num_elements]	returned number of elements
			(default is NULL)

	This function returns values as follows:

	OK			success
	DIO_NO_SUCH		list does not exist
	DIO_BADARG		list entry does not exist
