dstatx_ext_c DEPRECATED

	dstatx(raw_data.g.v, pdb.s.r, status_text.sa.r [,chars_filled.i4.r])

This routine is used to generate a digital status colored text
display string. It operates on the status data returned by a
	dio_get_raw(_c) call and returns DIO_MAX_STATUS_SCALING_ENTRIES
characters (with color codes) in the "status_text" array.
The characters are returned in XCHAR format. If an attribute is
not defined, a white blank is placed in the appropriate character
	position.

	raw_data	raw basic status data
num_entries	number of basic status scaling information entries
status_entries	basic status scaling information entries
(array of structures of type DIO_STATUS_SCALING_ENTRY)
	status_text	return status string
			(array of DIO_MAX_STATUS_SCALING_ENTRIES XCHAR
			 structures)
[chars_filled]	returned number of characters actually filled
			(default is NULL)
