errhlp(_c)

	errhlp(status.i2.r [,top_row.i2.r] [,num_rows.i2.r]
	       [,left_column.i2.r] [,num_columns.i2.r])

	errhlp_c(status.i2.r [,top_row.i4.v] [,num_rows.i4.v]
		 [,left_column.i4.v] [,num_columns.i4.v])

This routine will open a window on the current TV window and
display the help text associated with the ACNET standard error
code "status" in it. The routine waits until the user is finished
viewing the help text and then returns. By default a 10 row window
as wide as the screen is used, or the caller can optionally specify
	the window size and position.

status ACNET error code to display help for
[top_row]	top row of window (default is present cursor row + 1)
(use WMNGR_CENTER for centering or WINDOW_xxx_COORD
macros in macro for special positioning)
(Note: errhlp_c can use all of these macros, but
errhlp can only use the WMNGR_CENTER_IT macro.)
[num_rows]	height of the window in rows (including border)
(If a value of WMNGR_AUTO_SIZE is passed for this
argument, the number of rows will be set to the
number of rows of error text.)
			(default is 10)
[left_column]	left column of window (default is 1)
(use WMNGR_CENTER for centering or WINDOW_xxx_COORD
macros in macro for special positioning)
(Note: errhlp_c can use all of these macros, but
errhlp can only use the WMNGR_CENTER_IT macro.)
[num_columns]	width of the window in columns (including border)
(If a value of WMNGR_AUTO_SIZE is passed for this
argument, the number of columns will be set to the
number of columns of error text.)
			(default is 80)
