error_cmprintf_c

	error_cmprintf_c(log_it.i4.v, format_string.i1a.r
			 [,value_1, value_2, ...])

	This routine displays a formatted, colored error message on
	a TV or graphics window. The format string should be suitable

	is necessary.

	log_it		logging flag
			(ERR_LOG_IT -> write message to log specified in
				       error_init(_c),
			 ERR_NO_LOG -> display message only)
	format_string	null terminated string which contains the
			characters to be written literally or converted
			as specified by the optional value arguments
	[value_1...]	optional values which correspond to conversion
			expressions in the format string
