error_colored_message_c

	error_colored_message_c(message.sa.r, message_length.i4.v,
				log_it.i4.v, priority.i4.v)

	This routine displays an XCHAR colored text format error message
	on a TV or graphics window based on the position specified by the
	most recent call to error_init(_c).

	message		XCHAR colored text format message
			(array of XCHAR structures) 
	message_length	length of message (maximum is ERR_MAXLEN)
	log_it		logging flag
			(ERR_LOG_IT -> write message to log specified in
				       error_init(_c),
			 ERR_NO_LOG -> display message only)
	priority	logging priority
			(can use ERR_DEFAULT_PRIORITY or CLIB_DEFAULT_ARG)
