	This routine returns the native analog alarm limit type
	for a given front end.

	node		front end node (constants are in 'nodedefs')
	limit_type	returned type of limit
			(DIO_NOMTOL -> nominal and tolerance,
			 DIO_MINMAX -> minimum and maximum,
			 DIO_USER_LIMIT_TYPE -> use limit type specified in
						the database for each device)
			(constants are in 'diolib')

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_MEMFAIL		memory allocation failure
	CLIB_INVTYP		requested node is not a front end
	CLIB_NOTYET		requested node is not yet supported
	CLIB_NO_SUCH		no information for the requested node exists
	SQL_xxx			error retrieving node information from the
