file_name_convert_c

	status.i4.v = file_name_convert_c(source_name.i1a.r, dest_name.i1a.r,
					  convert_type.i4.v, options.u4.v)

	This routine will convert a file name from VMS to Linux format and
	vice versa.

	source_name	null terminated source file name string
	dest_name	returned null terminated converted file name string
	convert_type	conversion type
			(FILE_VMS_TO_LINUX -> convert file name in VMS format
					      to Linux format,
			(FILE_LINUX_TO_VMS -> convert file name in Linux format
					      to VMS format)
	options		conversion options (not used)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_INVARG		invalid conversion type
	CLIB_SYNTAX		invalid file name string
	CLIB_NOTYET		can't convert this particular file name

	This function requires the following include files:
