find_available_slot_c

	status.i4.v = find_available_slot_c(console.i4.v, slot_type.i4.v,
					    slot.u1.r)

	This routine finds the first available PA or SA process slot
	on a console.

	console		console number
	slot_type	type of process slot wanted
			(SLOT_TYPE_PA -> PA slot,
			 SLOT_TYPE_SA -> SA slot,
			 SLOT_TYPE_ANY -> either PA or SA slot
	slot		returned available slot value
			(0 -> no slot is available,
			 PA_SLOT -> primary application PA,
			 PB_SLOT -> primary application PB,
			 PC_SLOT -> primary application PC,
			 PD_SLOT -> primary application PD,
			 PE_SLOT -> primary application PE,
			 SA_SLOT -> secondary application SA,
			 SB_SLOT -> secondary application SB,
			 SC_SLOT -> secondary application SC,
			 SD_SLOT -> secondary application SD,
			 SE_SLOT -> secondary application SE)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_INVARG		invalid slot type passed
	CBS_MEMFAIL		error in allocating dynamic memory
	ACNET_xxx		error in reading console information
	CBS_NO_SUCH		no slot is available
