find_remote_program_slot_c

	This routine finds an available PA or SA process slot for running
	a remote console application.

	request_slot	process slot or type wanted
			(AVAILABLE_PA_SLOT -> first available PA slot,
			 AVAILABLE_SA_SLOT -> first available SA slot,
			 AVAILABLE_SLOT -> first available PA or SA slot,
			 PA_SLOT -> primary application PA,
			 PB_SLOT -> primary application PB,
			 PC_SLOT -> primary application PC,
			 PD_SLOT -> primary application PD,
			 PE_SLOT -> primary application PE,
			 SA_SLOT -> secondary application SA,
			 SB_SLOT -> secondary application SB,
			 SC_SLOT -> secondary application SC,
			 SD_SLOT -> secondary application SD,
			 SE_SLOT -> secondary application SE)
	console_number	returned availabel console number
	console_slot	returned available slot value
			(0 -> no slot is available,
			 PA_SLOT -> primary application PA,
			 PB_SLOT -> primary application PB,
			 PC_SLOT -> primary application PC,
			 PD_SLOT -> primary application PD,
			 PE_SLOT -> primary application PE,
			 SA_SLOT -> secondary application SA,
			 SB_SLOT -> secondary application SB,
			 SC_SLOT -> secondary application SC,
			 SD_SLOT -> secondary application SD,
			 SE_SLOT -> secondary application SE)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_INVARG		invalid slot passed
	CBS_MEMFAIL		error in allocating dynamic memory
	ACNET_xxx		error in reading console information
	CBS_NO_SUCH		no remote program slot is available
