ftd_to_data_event_string_c

	status.i4.v = ftd_to_data_event_string_c(ftd.i2.v, string.i1a.r,
						 string_length.i4.v)

	This routine converts a Frequency Time Descriptor (FTD) to a
	data event string.

	ftd Frequency Time Descriptor to convert
			(constants are in 'diolib')
	string		returned data event string
	string_length	maximum number of characters to return
			(up to DATA_EVENT_MAX_LEN characters)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			successful conversion
	CLIB_NOTYET		FTD value not supported
	CLIB_INVARG invalid data event data or reply string pointer
	CLIB_INVSIZ string length limit is too small for the
				data event specified

	This function requires the following include files:

	cbslib_h, diolib_h, cns_data_structs_h, acnet_errors_h
