getlnm

	value_string.i1p.v = getlnm(logical_name.i1a.r)

	This routine retrieves the value of a group or process
	logical name. If no match is found, a value of NULL is
	returned and errno is set. Otherwise, this routine returns
	the value of the environment variable named in the argument,
	or if none exists, returns the value of the symbolic link
	named in the argument. This corresponds to process and group
	logical names. The pointer returned points at a statically
	reserved chunk of memory, that only hangs around for a few
	(8 at this point) calls

	logical_name	null terminated group logical name

	This function returns status values as follows:

	NULL logical name was not found
	otherwise pointer to the value string

	This function requires the following include files:

	fermilib_h

	Related functions:

	setlnm, clrlnm

	C/C++ usage:

	static const char	logical_name[] = "my_logical";
	char	*value_string;

	value_string = getlnm(logical_name);
