gpib_select_ip_name_c

	status.i4.v = gpib_select_node_c(ip_name.i1a.r, port.i4.v)

	This routine selects the GPIB interface node to be used by future
	calls to gpib_read_c and gpib_write_c.  To use this routine,
	your program must also link to the user library ul_pasa as well
	as the Multinet library (multinet_socket_library/share).

	ip_name		ASCII IP name of machine to access for future
			GPIB commands
	port		IP port to access for future GPIB commands
			(If a value of CLIB_DEFAULT_ARG is passed, a default
			 port will be used.)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_NO_SUCH		requested host doesn't exist
	CBS_BUGCHECK		unable to open a socket
	CBS_NOTOPN		unable to connect to socket
	CBS_DUPREQ		connection already exists
