gpib_write_c

	status.i4.v = gpib_write_c(string.i1a.r, num_chars.i4.v,
				   gpib_address.i4.v)

	This routine writes a data string to a GPIB device. Before
	writing the string, a new line character is appended to the
	end of it. A call to this routine must be preceded by a call
	to gpib_select_c.

	string data string to send to GPIB device
	num_chars	number of bytes being sent
	gpib_address	device's GPIB address (0-255)
			(This argument is not used for connections made
			 by IP name.)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_INVARG		invalid device address
	CBS_NODAT VME interface device could not be retrieved
				for this GPIB address
	otherwise		GAS error

	This function requires the following include files:

	cbslib_h, acnet_errors_h
