ieee_to_dec_float_c

	status.i4.v = ieee_to_dec_float_c(ieee_floats.g.v, dec_floats.g.v,
					  num_values.i4.v, options.u4.v)

	This routine will convert IEEE 754-1985 format floating point
	values (single or double precision) to the corresponding DEC
	floating point value.

	ieee_floats	IEEE format floating point number(s)
	dec_floats	returned DEC format floating point number(s)
			(Note: This can be the same array as "ieee_floats"
			 if you want to convert the values in place.)
	num_values	number of values to convert (must be >0)
	options		conversion options
			(IEEE_OPT_NONE -> no options selected,
			 IEEE_OPT_DOUBLE_VALUES -> source and destination
						   values are double precision
						   floats (default is single),
			 IEEE_OPT_BIG_ENDIAN -> treat the source as though it
						has come from a big endian
						processor whose values have
						already been byte swapped)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_INVARG		invalid number of values

	This function requires the following include files:

	clib_h, acnet_errors_h

	C/C++ usage:

	int	status;
	int	num_values = NUM_VALUES;
	unsigned int	options = IEEE_OPT_NONE;
	float	ieee_floats[NUM_VALUES];
	float	dec_floats[NUM_VALUES];

	status = ieee_to_dec_float_c((void *) ieee_floats,(void *) dec_floats,
				     num_values,options);
