ierrtx

	ierrtx(acnet_error.s.r, error_number.i2.r, text.i1a.r)

This routine may be used to return a short text message corresponding
to an ACNET standard 16-bit error code specified in "acnet_error".
The status portion of "acnet_error" will be returned as argument
"error_number". The facility code portion will be converted to a
short facility title to be returned as part of a text string. The
string is returned in the user's byte array "text" which must be
allocated large enough to contain the IERRTX_LEN byte return.
The format of the returned text string is:

				"FACTITLE_NNNN_"

where NNNN is the character representation of the status code, the
same value as "error_number". If the value of "acnet_error" indicates
complete success (value of zero), then the entire "text" array is
	filled with blanks.

acnet_error	ACNET error code (structure of type ACNET_ERR)
error_number	returned error code extracted from "acnet_error"
text returned error text string (IERRTX_LEN characters)
