ip_address_to_matching_acnet_node

	status.i4.v = ip_address_to_matching_acnet_node(ip_address.i1a.r,
							match_string.i1a.r,
							node.i4.r)

	This routine will return the ACNET node corresponding to an IP address
	which has a name matching a string.

	ip_address	IP address or name
			(nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn or xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx)
	match_string	null terminated name string to match
	node		returned ACNET node (constants are in 'nodedefs')

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_NO_SUCH		no information for the requested node exists
	CLIB_GENERIC_ERROR	error retrieving IP address information
	SQL_xxx			error retrieving node information from the
				database

	This function requires the following include files:

	cbslib_h, nodedefs_h, acnet_errors_h
