lcktrm

	value.l4.v = lcktrm()

	This logical function checks to see if a termination request is
	pending for the application. A TRUE is returned if another
	application is waiting, otherwise FALSE is returned. This gives
	applications which have become "busy" for an extended period of
	time a chance to terminate their own execution in favor of a
	waiting application. Unlike the cktrmu routine the application
	is simply informed that another application has been requested
	and is waiting. It is up to the caller to finish up promptly
	if another application is waiting and then call term. (see also
	cktrmu)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	FORTRAN_TRUE		termination request is pending
	FALSE			no termination request pending

	This function requires the following include files:

	cnsparam_h, clib_h

	Related functions:

	cktrmu, term

	C/C++ usage:

	int	value;

	value = lcktrm();
