logger_find_fastest_node_by_name_c

	status.i4.v = logger_find_fastest_node_by_name_c(device_name.i1a.r,
							 node.u2.r
							 [,delta_msecs.u4.r])

	This routine returns the data logger node with the highest
	frequency data for a given device name.

	device_name	requested device name (can be null terminated)
			(up to LONG_DEVICE_NAME_LEN characters)
			(examples: "M:OUTTMP", "T-HA11>2", "T_HA11[2]")
	node		returned data logger node with the highest
			frequency data
	[delta_msecs]	returned number of milliseconds between points
			(default is NULL)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	LJ_NO_SUCH		no data logger nodes found which are
				logging the requested device
	LJ_MEMFAIL		dynamic memory allocation failure
	ACNET_xxx		error in communicating with Lumberjack
