	This routine returns logger list data event information.

	lj_node		requested Lumberjack node
	list		requested list number (1 to 18)
	max_return	maximum number of data events to return
			(0 to LOGGER_NUM_SUB_DATA_EVENTS)
	num_returned	returned number of data events found
	data_event_info	returned logger list data event information
			(array of LOGGER_LIST_DATA_EVENT_INFO structures)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	LJ_NO_SUCH		requested node or list does not exist
	LJ_INVARG		invalid argument passed
	SQL_xxx			error in communicating with Database
