logger_start_plot_c

	status.i4.v = logger_start_plot_c(console.i4.v, slot.i4.v,
					  page_info.s.r, x_device.s.r,
					  num_y_devices.i4.v, y_devices.sa.r,
					  errors.i2a.r)

	This routine plots logged data for a list of devices.

	console		console number
	slot		slot index
			(SA_SLOT ,
			 SB_SLOT ,
			 SC_SLOT ,
			 SD_SLOT ,
			 SE_SLOT )
			(constants are in 'cnsparam')
	page_info	plot common parameters like:
			graphics/histogram flag,
			number of bins if histogram plot,
			start time, end time, etc.
			(structure of type LOG_PAGE_INFO)
	x_device	description of the X-device.  (If it is a time plot,
			the device name field should contain the value "TIME".)
			(structure of type LOG_DEVICE_INFO)
	num_y_devices   number of Y devices
			(up to LOG_SA_MAX_DEVICES)
	y_devices	Y-device specifications
			(array of structures of type LOG_DEVICE_INFO)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	LJ_INV_TIMES		end time is less than start time
	DBM_NOREC		invalid device index
	LJ_INVARG		invalid property or array index
	LJ_NO_SUCH		requested Lumberjack does not have the
				requested device and property
