my_user_name

	status.i4.v = my_user_name(user_name.i1a.r)

	This routine returns the calling process' Linux user name. For
	personal users, this will be their Linux user name.  For
	public consoles, this will be "console".

	user_name	returned null terminated user name
			(USER_NAME_LEN + 1 characters)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_GENERR		failed to determine the user name
