	ascii_page.i4.v = mypage([page_text.i1a.r])

	This routine returns four characters (space padded) representing
	the console index page mapping of the callers application, if any.
	SA's and non-console applications will return four spaces.  Also,
	PA's which are started by their PA number rather than their index
	page designation will return four spaces.  Z-page applications
	(programs under test) will return their mapping on the Z index page,
	ie. "Zxxx"

	[page_text]	returned index page text (PAGE_NAME_LEN characters)

	This function returns status values as follows:
