node_has_boot_message_c

	status.i4.v = node_has_boot_message_c(node.i4.v, message_info.i1a.r)

	This routine determines whether or not a given node has a
	reboot informational message.

	node		ACNET node (constants are in 'nodedefs')
	message_info	returned reboot message information
			(A value of NULL can be passed for this argument
			 if this information is not needed.)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	TRUE			requested node has a reboot message
	FALSE			requested node does not have a reboot message

	This function requires the following include files:

	cbslib_h, nodedefs_h
