numeric_convert_tuner_c

	status.i4.v = numeric_convert_tuner_c(param_type.i4.v,
					      operation.i4.v,
					      param_value_1.g.v,
					      param_value_2.g.v)

	This routine sets configuration parameters for numeric conversions.

	param_type	parameter type to set
			(CNV_FLOAT_EXP_LIMITS -> set the range of values for
						 which the CNV_FLOAT_EXP
						 conversion type will attempt
						 a conversion in normal
						 notation,
			 CNV_DOUBLE_EXP_LIMITS -> set the range of values for
						  which the CNV_DOUBLE_EXP
						  conversion type will attempt
						  a conversion in normal
						  notation,
			 CNV_CONVERSION_RADIX -> set the conversion radix
						 for CNV_BYTE_RADIX,
						 CNV_SHORT_RADIX, and
						 CNV_LONG_RADIX,
			 CNV_FLOAT_PRECISION -> set the precision for floating
						point conversions,
			 CNV_FORCE_PLUS_SIGN -> set the force plus sign flag)
	operation	type of operation
			(CNV_SET_PARAM -> set the parameters to the specified
					  values,
			 CNV_INIT_PARAM -> set the parameters to their
					   initialization values)
	param_value_1	first parameter value whose meaning depends
			on the selected parameter type
			(A value of NULL can be passed for this argument
			 if this parameter should be left unchanged.)
	param_value_2	second parameter value whose meaning depends
			on the selected parameter type
			(A value of NULL can be passed for this argument
			 if this parameter should be left unchanged.)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_MEMFAIL		dynamic memory allocation failure
	CLIB_INVARG		invalid parameter type or value
