	This routine deterimnes if a conversion type is a user defined
	enumerated type.

	convert_type	numeric conversion type (CNV_xxx)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	TRUE			this is a user defined enumerated type
	FALSE			this is not a user defined enumerated type
