pdb_scaling_table_limits_c

	status.i4.v = pdb_scaling_table_limits_c(common_index.i4.v,
						 table_number.i4.v,
						 primary_minimum.r8.r,
						 primary_maximum.r8.r,
						 minimum.r8.r, maximum.r8.r)

	This function is called to return the minimum and maximum values
	from a scaling interpolation table.  A value of NULL can be passed
	for any returned arguments that are not needed.

	common_index	common transform index (not presently used)
	table_number	desired table number
	primary_minimum	returned minimum primary value
	primary_maximum	returned maximum primary value
	minimum		returned minimum common value
	maximum		returned maximum common value

	This function returns status values as follows:

	OK			success
	DIO_BADARG		invalid common_index passed
