post_multiline_message_c

	id.i4.v = post_multiline_message_c(top_row.i4.v, left_column.i4.v,
					   text.i1a.r, text_length.i4.v,
					   line_length.i4.v, text_color.i4.v,
					   restore_mode.i4.v, title.i1a.r,
					   options.u4.v)

	This routine will display a multiple line message window.
	The message will remain until the window is deleted by a call to
	window_delete(_c).

	top_row top row of window (use WMNGR_CENTER for centering
			or WINDOW_xxx_COORD macros in macro for special
			positioning)
	left_column	left column of window (use WMNGR_CENTER for centering
			or WINDOW_xxx_COORD macros in macro for special
			positioning)
	text text string to be displayed
	text_length	length of text string (If a value of zero is passed
			for this argument, the routine will determine the
			length of the string.)
	line_length	number of characters to display per line
			(If a value of zero is passed for this argument,
			a window the width of the background window will
			be created.)
	text_color	text color
	restore_mode	screen restore mode to utilize upon window deletion
			(WMNGR_REPAINT -> repaint underlying windows,
			 WMNGR_RESTORE_BKGND -> repaint obscured text,
			 CLIB_DEFAULT_ARG -> use the restore mode established
					     by the most recent call to
					     window_restore_hint_c)
	title null terminated message window title
			(A value of NULL can be passed if no title is desired.)
	options display options (not presently used)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	CBS_WINDOW_TOO_BIG	message window won't fit on the TV screen
	otherwise		ID of message window

	This function requires the following include files:

	cbslib_h, macro_h, acnet_errors_h
