	This routine retrieves device values from a save set.

	set_name	set name
			(up to SAVE_SET_NAME_LEN characters)
	num_devices	number of device entries
	devices		device value entries
			(array of ARRAY_DEVICE_DATA_EXT structures)
	has_device	array of flags indicating whether or the
			corresponding device spec is in the save set
			(TRUE -> device spec is in save set,
			 FALSE -> device spec is not in the save set)
	num_entries	returned number of save set value entries
	entries		returned save set value entries
			(array of SAVE_SET_ENTRY structures)
			(The memory for this argument is allocated
			 by this routine and must be freed by the caller.)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			device values successfully retrieved
	CLIB_NO_SUCH		save set does not exist
	otherwise		number of missing device specs
