sda_case_menu_c

	status.i4.v = sda_case_menu_c(title.i1a.r, top_row.i4.v,
				      left_column.i4.v, sda_case.i4.r,
				      cursor_handling.i4.v [,usage.i1a.r]
				      [,file_number.i4.v])

This routine displays a menu of Sequenced Data Acquisition (SDA) cases.

title title of input window (Note: A null pointer may be
passed if no title is desired.)
top_row top row of menu (use WMNGR_CENTER for centering
or WINDOW_xxx_COORD macros in macro for special
			positioning)
left_column	left column of menu (use WMNGR_CENTER for centering
or WINDOW_xxx_COORD macros in macro for special
			positioning)
	sda_case	returned SDA case
cursor_handling	cursor positioning after the menu is closed
(WMNGR_LEAVE_CURSOR -> leave cursor where it is when
					       the menu is closed,
WMNGR_RESTORE_CURSOR -> position the cursor where
						 it was located when the
						 menu was created,
CLIB_DEFAULT_ARG -> use cursor handling set up by
					     the most recent call to
					     menu_setup_c)
[sda_usage]	null terminated SDA usage string
(default is NULL which indicates Collider shot)
[file_number]	SDA file number (If this argument is supplied,
only the actually available cases will be enabled
			in the menu.)
			(default is 0)

This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK success
	CLIB_MEMFAIL dynamic memory allocation failure
CBS_WINDOW_TOO_BIG	window won't fit on screen
	CLIB_ABORT user aborted input
