select_node_menu

	status.i4.v = select_node_menu(central_node.i2.v, node_name.i1a.r,
				       trunk_node.i2.r, cns_instance.i2.r,
				       [,cns_number.i2.r] [,select_all.i4.v])

This routine will return the console's trunk/node number, name,
and instance. If "central_nodes" has a value of TRUE, then the
central nodes will be enabled for selection. If the user chooses
the node "Local", the local console name, node, and instance
	will be returned.

central_nodes	(TRUE -> allows user to select a central node
				 (CENTRA, CLXSRV, FWDSET, ALARMS, OPER),
FALSE -> select console nodes only)
node_name returned null terminated user selected node's name
(e.g. CNS140, CENTRA, OPER, CDBS, CFSS)
			(NODE_NAME_LEN characters plus null terminator)
	trunk_node	returned trunk/node value
	cns_instance	returned console instance (0, 1 or 2)
(returns 0 for a central node)
	[cns_number]	returned console number
			(returns zero for central node)
			(default is NULL)
[select_all] (TRUE -> allows the user to select all nodes,
(If the user selects all nodes, a node name
of "ALL " and a trunk/node value of
				  ALL_NODES will be returned.),
FALSE -> don't allow the user to select all nodes
				  (default))

This function returns status values as follows:
