set_process_alias

	set_process_alias(alias.i1a.r)

	This routine sets the present process' alias.  This value is
	used by various utilities to disguise their true process identity.
	One should use care in setting your process alias to a string other
	than the normal process name.

	alias		new process alias (PROCESS_NAME_LEN characters)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	TRUE			alias has been set
	FALSE			alias not set due to an invalid argument or
				due to dynamoc memory allocation failure

	This function requires the following include files:

	cnsparam_h, cbslib_h
