show_program_info

	status.i4.v = show_program_info(pa_name.i1a.r [,pasa_list.i1a.r] 
					[,list_length.i4.v]
					[,current_pasa.i4.v])


	This routine creates a popup window with information about an
	application.  It displays a short description of the program,
	the author's name, the MECCA development log, and other
	miscellaneous information.

	pa_name		PROCESS_NAME_LEN character PA or SA name (e.g. "PA1001")
			(If this argument is specified, information for the
			 requested program is shown.  Otherwise, if a value
			 of NULL is passed, the calling program's information
			 is displayed.)
			This argument is ignored if current_pasa is specified.
	[pasa_list]	special list of PA/SA names (e.g. "PA0123PA0456SA0001")
			(If this argument specified, only show information
			 for programs in the given list of program names.)
			(default is NULL)
	[list_length]	number of "pasa_list" items (default is 1).
	[current_pasa]	If this argument specified, the first information shown
			is for the program indexed by "current_pasa".
			(starts at 0) (default is the first program in the list)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_NO_SUCH		program not found
       CLIB_NOTYET             unsupported program type (Z page)
	CLIB_MEMFAIL		memory allocation failure
