sr_sda_all_case_times_c

	status.i4.v = sr_sda_all_case_times_c(usage.i1a.r, file_number.i4.v,
					      case_number.i4.v,
					      num_entries.i4.r,
					      numbers.i4p.r,
					      start_times.u4p.r,
					      end_times.u4p.r)

This routine will return the begin and end times for SDA cases
	ans subcases (sets).

usage null terminated SDA usage string
			(SDA_USAGE_NAME_LEN characters)
	file_number	desired file number
case_number	desired case number (If a value of zero is passed
for this argument, the times for all of the cases
associated with this file number will be returned.)
	num_entries	returned number of entries
numbers returned array of case or subcase numbers
(This memory is allocated by the routine and
should NOT be freed by the caller.) (A value
of NULL can be passed for this argument if this
			 information is not needed.)
start_times	returned start times in clinks
			(seconds since January 1, 1972)
(This memory is allocated by the routine and
should NOT be freed by the caller.) (A value
of NULL can be passed for this argument if this
			 information is not needed.)
end_times	returned end times in clinks
			(seconds since January 1, 1972)
(This memory is allocated by the routine and
should NOT be freed by the caller.) (A value
of NULL can be passed for this argument if this
			 information is not needed.)
