	status.i4.v = sr_sda_config_device_c(usage.i1a.r, case_number.i4.v,
					     device_index.i4.v,
					     property.i4.v,
					     device_type.i4.v,
					     device_data.g.v)

	This routine will return information about a device contained
	in the SDA configuration.

	usage		null terminated SDA usage string
			(SDA_USAGE_NAME_LEN characters)
	case_number	desired case number
			(If a value of CLIB_DEFAULT_ARG is passed,
			 data will be collected for all cases.)
	device_index	desired device index
	property	desired property
			(constants are in 'dbprops')
	device_type	type of device to look for
			(SRMNGR_SDA_SCALAR_DEVICE -> normal device,
			 SRMNGR_SDA_SNAP_DEVICE -> snapshot device,
			 SRMNGR_SDA_FTP_DEVICE -> fast time plot device)
	device_data	returned device configuration information
			(If scalar information is requested, a structure
			 of type SDA_CONFIG_DEVICE_DATA is returned.
			 Otherwise a structure of type SDA_CONFIG_PLOT_DATA
			 is returned.)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_INVARG		no such SDA usage or case number
	CLIB_NO_SUCH		requested configuration entry doesn't exist
	CLIB_MEMFAIL		dynamic memory allocation failure
	SQL_xxx			error reading database
