str_compare_n_nocase_c

	status.i4.v = str_compare_n_nocase_c(string_1.i1a.r, string_2.i1a.r,
					     num_chars.i4.v)

	This routine compares the first "num_chars" characters of two ASCII
	character strings without regard to the case of the characters
	being compared. The comparison will also be terminated upon
	reaching a null character in either string.

	string_1	first comparison string
	string_2	second comparison string
	num_chars	number of characters to compare (If this argument
			has a value of zero, the two strings will be
			compared until a null terminator is found.)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	zero			the two strings match
	negative number string_1 is less than string_2
	positive number string_1 is greater than string_2

	This function requires the following include files:

	cbslib_h
