str_delete_char_c

	status.i4.v = str_delete_char_c(string.i1a.r, length.i4.v,
					delete_pos.i4.v)

	This routine deletes a character from the middle of a string.

	string		string to have character deleteed from it
	length		length of "string" (If a value of zero is passed,
			the length of the string will be calculated.)
	delete_pos	position in string to delete the character
			(starts at 1)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_INVARG		invalid length or delete position
