str_delimited_length_c

	status.i4.v = str_delimited_length_c(string.i1a.r, delimiters.i1a.r,
					     maximum_length.i4.v
					     [,options.u4.v])

	This routine returns the length of a delimited string, not
	including the delimiter.

	string		string to check
	delimiters	null terminated set of delimiters
	maximum_length	maximum allowable return length
			(Note: If a value of STR_NO_LIMIT is passed,
			 maximum length will be set to infinity for a
			 C string or the descriptor length field value
			 for a string passed by descriptor.)
	[options]	option flags
			(STR_OPT_NONE -> no options selected (default),
			 STR_OPT_HANDLE_QUOTES -> preserve quoted value
						  strings)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	length of the delimited string
	(A value of 0 is returned if "string" is a null pointer.)
