						  num_strings.i4.v)

	This routine frees memory for an array of null terminated
	strings.

	strings		array of null terminated strings to free
	num_strings	number of strings to free

	This function returns status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CLIB_INVARG		invalid number of strings
