strstr_nocase

	match_pos.i1p.v = strstr_nocase(source_string.i1a.r, substring.i1a.r)

	This routine finds the first occurrence of one string within another
	ignoring the case of the strings.

	source_string	string to be searched
	substring	substring to search for

	This function returns status values as follows:

	NULL			string not found
	otherwise		address of matching substring
