strx_build_c

	strx_build_c(xchar_string.sa.r, string.i1a.r, colors.i1a.r,
		     num_chars.i4.v)

	This routine builds an XCHAR format character string from an
	ASCII character string and an array of colors.

	xchar_string	output XCHAR format character string
			(array of XCHAR structures)
	string		ASCII string to be copied
	colors		array of color values  (If the first value is
			negative, all color values will be set to the
			absolute value of the first value.  If a value
			of NULL is passed for this argument, all color
			values will be set to WHITE.)
			(constants are in 'cnsparam')
	num_chars	number of characters to copy (If a value of
			zero is passed, the length of "string" will be
			calculated and used.)
