strx_copy_from_string_c

	strx_copy_from_string_c(xchar_string.sa.r, string.i1a.r, num_chars.i4.v,
				color.i4.v)

	This routine copies an ASCII character string into an XCHAR format
	character string.

	xchar_string	output XCHAR format character string
			(array of XCHAR structures)
	string		ASCII string to be copied
	num_chars	number of characters to copy (If a value of
			zero is passed, the length of "string" will be
			calculated and used.)
	color		character color to use for all characters
			(constants are in 'cnsparam')
