strx_fill_color_c

	status.i4.v = strx_fill_color_c(xchar_string.sa.r, num_chars.i4.v,
					color.i4.v)

	This routine fills an XCHAR format string with a specified color.

	xchar_string	string to fill (array of XCHAR structures)
	num_chars	number of characters in string  (If a value of
			zero is passed for this argument, the routine
			will determine the length of the routine.)
	color		color attribute of character
			(constants are in 'cnsparam')

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_INVARG		invalid length or null pointer passed
