strx_nonblank_length_c

	status.i4.v = strx_nonblank_length_c(string.sa.r, maximum_length.i4.v)

	This routine returns the length of an XCHAR format string excluding
	trailing blanks.

	string		string to check (array of XCHAR structures)
	maximum_length	maximum allowable return length
			(Note: If a value of STR_NO_LIMIT is passed,
			 maximum length will be set to infinity and
			 the actual length will be determined by the
			 first occurrence of a null terminator.)

	This function returns status values as follows:

	nonblank length of the string
