strx_replace_char_set_c

	num_replaced.i4.v = strx_replace_char_set_c(xchar_string.sa.r,
						    length.i4.v,
						    chars_to_replac.i1a.r,
						    replace_char.i1.v)

	This routine replaces every occurrence of a specified set of
	characters in an XCHAR format string with another character.

	xchar_string	string to perform character replacements in
			(array of XCHAR structures)
	length		length of string (If a value of zero is passed,
			the length of the string will be calculated.)
	chars_to_replac	null terminated set of characters to be replaced
	replace_char	replacement character

	This function returns status values as follows:

	number of characters replaced
