text_recolor_line_c

	status.i4.v = text_recolor_line_c(row.i4.v, color.i4.v
					  [,coord_ref.i4.v])

	This routine recolors the specified row in the presently active
	text window. If the text cursor is on this line, it is repositioned
	to the beginning of the row.

	row		text window row
	color new text color (constants are in 'cnsparam')
	[coord_ref]	coordinate reference
			(TEXT_CURSOR_TEXT_COORDS -> referenced to text window
						    (default),
			 TEXT_CURSOR_WINDOW_COORDS -> referenced to actual
						      window)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_INVARG		invalid row
	CBS_NOINIT no previous call to text_cursor_init_c
				has been made

	This function requires the following include files:

	cnsparam_h, cbslib_h, acnet_errors_h
