user_privilege_mask

	status.i4.v = user_privilege_mask(user_name.i1a.r, priv_mask.u4.r)

	This routine returns a user's privilege mask.

	user_name	null terminated user name string
			(up to USER_NAME_LEN characters plus null)
			(If a value of NULL is passed for this argument,
			 the current user name will be used.)
	priv_mask	returned user's privilege mask
			(mask values are found in 'ul_cnscom:ul_cnscom_all')

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	SQL_xxx			database access error
