wdelet DEPRECATED

	status.i2.v = wdelet(ident.i2.r, row.u1.r, column.u1.r)

	status.i4.v = wdelet_c(ident.i2.v, row.i4.v, column.i4.v)

	This function will delete a window previously created by the
	'wmake(_c)' function and restore the text obscured by that window.

	ident this is the IDENT value returned by the 'wmake(_c)'
		   function at the time the window was created. To delete a
		   window without restoring the text obscured by it, use the
		   negative of the IDENT value returned by the 'wmake(_c)'
		   routine. This will free up window storage for later use
		   by your program.

	row if negative, the visible cursor will be restored to its
		   position at the time the window was created. If positive,
		   the cursor will be set to (ROW,COLUMN). If zero the
		   cursor will be left in its present position.

	column cursor column, only significant if ROW is positive.

	The function value returns status as follows:
	    0	success
	   -6	invalid window ID
	   -7	not an active window
