window_coordinate_limits_c

	status.i4.v = window_coordinate_limits_c(window_id.i2.v, min_row.i4.r,
						 min_column.i4.r, max_row.i4.r,
						 max_column.i4.r
						 [,interior_only.i4.v])

	This routine returns the minimum and maximum row and column
	coordinates for the window indicated by "window_id".  If a value
	of NULL is passed for any of the coordinate arguments, no value
	will be returned for that parameter.

	window_id	window ID (use WMNGR_BACKGROUND for background window)
	min_row		minimum row number
	min_column	minimum column number
	max_row		maximum row number
	max_column	maximum column number
	[interior_only]	portion of window to return size for
			(TRUE -> interior only (default),
			 FALSE -> entire window including borders and
				  scroll bars)

	This function returns ACNET status values as follows:

	OK			success
	CBS_NO_WINDOW		requested window does not exist
	CBS_MEMFAIL		dynamic memory allocation failure
